Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders are shipped out the business day after your order.  Orders in the United States take on average 5-7 business days to arrive. Canada and overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Please use the Size Guides on each individual listing as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item since we do carry multiple brands. 

Please be aware that VelvetViper is not liable for customs fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages in customs.  Our prices do not include overseas duties and other customs charges when purchasing and importing to your country, these costs are determined by your local customs office.

VelvetViper is not responsible if customers are not notified by their countries postal authority that items are awaiting payment of any duties or fees, please watch your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays. 

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

Yes!  We ship very discretely, with your privacy in mind.  Your order will arrive in plain packaging, with no mention of lingerie or even our company name. If you are an international customer, your customs forms will only say "fabrics" as a description.
